I’m excited to share my latest creative nonfiction piece, “The Other Side of the Bed,” now featured on Pulse. It’s a deeply personal story from my perspective as both a doctor and a patient, reflecting on the intimate role of bedside care, not just who’s holding the stethoscope, but who’s sitting right beside you when everything feels uncertain. It weaves memory, empathy, and small hospital moments into a narrative that I hope feels both honest and comforting.
